Araceli Zúñiga

Researcher/screenwriter for cultural and educational radio and television (TV-UNAM, Radio UNAM, Radio Educación), she works as a Professor and a Researcher at the UAM Xochimilco, in the Diploma Course Time open to creativity. She also teaches Screenplay for Radio and Television at the Escuela de Escritores of the SOGEM. Zúñiga is a visual researcher, professor and essayist whose works revolves around artistic vanguard and cybercultures. She is a member of La Perra Brava and El Colectivo, two research and alternative communication groups with urban aesthetic and critical communication activities. She is the author of the project Visual Research Workshops for TV-UNAM, as well as co-organizer and curator –since 1985 to date– of the ten “International Biennales of Experimental Poetry”.
