Gilberto Esparza
Mexican artist, 1975. He studied at the San Carlos Faculty of Fine Arts of the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia, Spain. He has been granted the following scholarships / awards / residencies: Incentive for new production, VIDA 9.0 (Telefónica, Spain); scholarship of the Aid Program for Production and Research in Arts and Media 2006-2007 (Multimedia Center, CENART); Jóvenes Creadores scholarship (Fondo Nacional para la Cultura y las Artes, Mexico, October 2005 – October 2006); honorific mention at the Third National Biannual of Visual Arts (Yucatán, Mexico). He has published [Reporte Punk] Alambrópodos: la invasión de los bichos raros (Tatiana Maillard. Revista semanal Emeequis) and others.
